Implausible Deniability: Played for Laughs - When Morgana, still thinking Drake threw out her autograph, decides to devote herself fully to Darkwing, she declares she is "100% over Drake Mallard". When Squeak tells her Drake's literally at her door, she immediately puts on make-up, tries to make her outfit sexier, and begins playing the most seductive song she can think of. While still convinced she's over him.
Lady In Red: Most of her outfits (including the one she wears when stealing) are red.

Post-Kiss Catatonia: Usually happens to Darkwing after Morgana lands a smooch on him, even for cheek kisses. Amusingly, if she's not careful, she can wind up suffering from this too despite initiating it.
Rock is Authentic, Pop is Shallow: Morgana's view of the music world. She mellows on it once she turns to good.
Silent Snarker: Eek, Squeak, and Archie, her familiars, often delve into this. It's implied they figured the Drake/Darkwing connection a while ago.
